Blue and Purple Makeup With Nude Lips

I wanted to do my for a while now and I finally got around to do it at last minute. In contest you need to show your best hair,makeup and nails for holidays but can also do either of them,you don't need to do all 3. I'm gonna participate in nails and makeup category because I don't usually do something special with my hair.
First is the makeup. I have posted an eye makeup from this look on the blog before but today I will show full face. To be honest even though I'm a girl who prefers neutral eyeshadows I have been loving this makeup and wore quite a few times.

Brushes

Most of the brushes are from Sigma

Tutorial for the eye makeup

- First apply your primer and/or eyeshadow base.

- Using a dome shape brush like Sigma E45 add the Shade 5(matte brown) in the crease and blend it.

- With eyeshadow brush like Sigma E55 apply the Shade 10 (blue) all over the lid leaving out the inner corner.

- With the same dome shape brush ( E45) pick up a small amount of caught in the act courtney ( dark brown) and blend it in the outer half part of the crease.

- Next with the same or another dome shape brush apply the Shade 13(purple) in crease and blend it. Build up the color so when it is blended it looks like a slightly dark purple like you see in the picture.

- With a fluffy brush like Sigma E35 add the Bossy Bobbi ( dark blue) to the outer 1/3 of the lid and slightly blend it inwards.

- With the same brush ( E35) pick a small amount of the Shade 4 (black) and darker up the very outer corner.

- Now with another fluffy brush or angled brush like Sigma E70 use some light beige,close to you skin color, eyeshadow (Shade 1) and blend the eyeshadow under the eyebrow.

- With a flat brush like MAC 252 add the Devilish Danielle (champagne color) under the brow at the highest point,in the inner corner and on 1/3 of the lower lid.

- Next add the same purple( Shade 10) with a pencil brush like MAC 219 on the rest of your lower lid.

- To line your lower lash line use small amount of black or grey eyeshadow with a push brush like MAC 212.

- Using liquid eyeliner, line your lid and wing it out.

- Lastly apply your mascara and you are done :)

- Enjoy!

Now the nails. This has been my favorite nail art I have done. Even though I usually don't do the same design twice I did this one. It's my angry birds space inspired nails.

NOTD with tutorial

Yesterday I was thinking of nail design while I was looking at my nail polishes. I wanted to do something simple but fun with bright colors and this is what popped in my head :). 

At first, to be honest, I didn't quite like this but now I do :). I used two colors for the tips of the nail and I altered their order. For the background color I used sheer frosty white  and for the tip I used orange ( OPI Bright lights big color) and pinkish purple color.

How to:

-Start with you base coat to protect your natural nails

-Apply a a light coat of sheer frosty white nail polish

-After the base color is semi dry, grab one of the 2 nail polishes of your choice,in my case the pinkish purple,  and create triangular french tip starting a bit below the line between the nail and the tip

-After that color is semi dry, grab your second color , in my case OPI Bright Lights Big Color, and create another triangular french tip leaving some space between the two colors.

-With white create few dots like you see in the picture.

-Apply your top coat and you're done :D

NOTW-Fun Summer Nails

This is gonna be a really great week as tomorrow is my last exam,finally, and on July 5th is my birthday.

I can't believe that I will be 20 years old,the time passes really quick.

So this week I decided to recreate a nail design I saw on youtube from LOVE4NAILS.

I was thinking of creating something mine but then saw her video and felt in love with the design so here it is.

It's a fun design,perfect for summer and not hard to recreate.
