August Beauty Favorites

Hello ladies. First of I would like to apologize for the lack of posts in the past 2 weeks or so, there is really no big excuse as for why I haven't been posting, I was just not in the mood for blogging. I guess I needed to take some time off plus now in September I have exams at University so I had to study. Anyways, today I will share with you my August favorites. L'Oreal Ideal Soft Micellaire Water 

Also known as Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Micellar Solution. Probably for the past 3 months this is the main makeup remover that I've been using. It does a great job at removing makeup and doesn't dry out my skin. You can read a more in depth review here.

L'Oreal Elvive Smooth and Polish Perfection conditioner 

I've tried this baby for the first time about 3 months ago and at first I thought it was just ok but after going back and forth between this conditioner and another 2 that I have I realized how much I love this and I definitely prefer it over the other 2. It makes my hair feel soft and you don't have to leave it on for more than 1 minute. It also smells lovely but unfortunately the smell doesn't stay on my hair for very long.

Schwarzkopf 1 minute mask with liquid keratin 

Another hair conditioning product that I used a lot during August. In this month I was going for swimming quite a lot so my hair needed a little bit of extra moisturization, specially my ends since I have (kinda) ombre hair. You can use this mask 2-3 a week and I've been using 3 times a week for about 2 minutes each time. It does leave my hair feel soft and smells lovely but again the smell doesn't stay on for very long.

Burberry Weekend perfume

I've talked about this product in some of my past favorites and all I can say is that I really enjoyed using it during this Spring and Summer and most probably will buy it again next year because this one is almost empty.

Sigma Eyeshadow Base in Pose 

It's a relatively new product to me but I really liked it from the very first time that I've tried it. The color is a lovely medium brown and it's so creamy and it blends like dream. My only complain is that I have to wear eyeshadow primer underneath because I have quite oily eyelids and it seems to easily fade in the crease but I do really love the color so I don't mind using primer.

Sigma Eyeshadow in Resist 

Perfect eyeshadow color for Autumn/Winter! It's a purpley burgundy with gold sparkles in it. I like layering it on top of the Sigma Base in Pose and in fact I have a tutorial using those two coming up on my YouTube channel this week. I will have a more in depth review on this eyeshadow sometime this week too.

NYX Round Lipstick In Ceto 

An old love of mine and this is my second lipstick in this shade. It's just the perfect everyday color; pinkish nude with shiny finish. I love love this lipstick and stays on for good amount of time plus it doesn't dry out my lips. See the swatches here.

Inglot Eyeshadow in Pearl #397

I loved this color from the first time I got, it's a lovely pinkish champagne color perfect as highlighter on eyes and face but as all over the lid color to add some freshness to your eyes. If you are going to buy some Inglot eyeshadow definitely get this one! Complete review here.

Favorite Movie

I've seen couple movies this month but the one that really stood out to me was the Grown Ups 2. I enjoyed the first one as well as this one. It's been a while since I laughed so much with a comedy movie, I don't know about you but to me all the newest comedies kinda fail at making me laugh but not this one. I would totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new comedy movie to watch. I really don't get the bad reviews that it got, if a movie makes me laugh then for me it's good movie, but again not everyone has the same sense of humor.
