I think all of you know the french manicure and probably quite many of you love it.
Before I get into nail designs I used to wear french manicure pretty much all the time.
I don't like the french manicure that has as base color the bare nail or sheer pink.I prefer to use a milky color as my base color because it helps the tip to stand out even more.
For personal experience I know it's not easy to get a clean line.It took me quite a while till my hand was stable so I wouldn't end up with messy result.
What I used to do at the begininng is to use scotch tape to separate my nail from the tip,that way you could get a clean line. But if you use the tape make sure that the polish is completely dry before you remove the tape otherwise you will lift up parts of the nail polish too.
Also you can find some stickers that are designed to help you with creating a straight line.
