I'm sure you all are already familiar with micellar water makeup removers and have tried at least one of the few that are currently available in the market with Bioderma being the most popular. Well I'm one of those girls who still haven't tried the Bioderma but I have tried the L'Oreal version and I really need to try Bioderma soon to compare it to the two micellar waters that I have already tried.

If you don't know what micellar water is, it's basically water like make up remover that won't irritate your skin. As far as the packing of this Garnier cleansing water: it's simple, clear with hot pink cup and have 400 ml of product which is double the amount compared to the L'Oreal micellar water.

How is it at removing makeup? It is quite good. It did even remove some heavy makeup I had, you just need to place the cotton pad on the eye and leave it there for some time to avoid excess rubbing. Though it most likely won't remove waterproof mascara and you'll better use oil based makeup remover for that... It doesn't irritate my skin nor my eyes, which is good, and of course because it's water like consistency you won't have that slightly blurry vision if some of it will get in your eyes.

Like I said I own the L'Oreal micellar water too and I was curious to see if they are similar specially since L'Oreal owns Garnier. Guess what? The ingredients that are listed on the back of the bottles are exactly the same. So I will most likely repurchase the Garnier since you get double the amount of product for the almost the same price. That being said, both work great and if you are looking for a much cheaper version of Bioderma I would totally recommend the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. Have you tried it? What's your opinion?
