Hello Hello my lovely readers, how was your weekend? Today I will do a review for the Vivant Skin Care Green Tea Antioxidant Cleanser. I was asked whether I was interesting in trying this product and I said yes because it sounded interesting. I have been using this for over 2 weeks, I think. I always want first to try out the product for some time and then write a review.
What Vivant Skin Care says about this product: "A universal face and body cleanser fortified with antioxidants Green Tea, Grape Seed and Kiwi Extracts. Gently foams away impurities while preserving the skin’s natural acid mantle. Great for all skin types, including rosacea."
My thoughts: I haven't tried many cleansers but few that I did some were drying and some ok. This one is a very nice, gentle cleanser that hasn't dried out my skin almost at all, although I feel the need of moisturizer after using it but nothing too dramatic (I have combination skin) and definitely could get away without using it.
This is a foamy cleanser but not too too much which is something I like! It does a good job and I definitely feel my skin clean after using it so thumbs up for that. Now as for scent, this cleanser isn't fragrance free. I can't really describe the scent as it doesn't remind me anything but it is definitely not unpleasant scent and your skin won't smell like that after using it.
As you can see from the picture the cleanser is pretty much clear although it has kinda greenish tint which is more visible when it is in the bottle. Here is the picture of the ingredients:
And that's the part I don't like about this cleanser, some ingredients. It does contain some beneficial ingredients such as Green Tea Extract, Kiwi Fruit Extract, Honey Extract and Grape Seed Extract but it also contains parabens :( which I think Viviant Skin Care could avoid. Also I would prefer a clear cleanser without any dyes in it( Blue 1 and Yellow 5) but that's just personal preference.
Overall even though it does contain parabens this a good cleanser and it definitely does it's job without drying out my skin and it didn't broke me out! Also even the 2 oz (59.1 ml) bottle will last you for a long time because you don't need big amount of product each time.
It comes in 3 different sizes 2 oz,8 oz and 16oz and the price starts from $11, click here for more info.
